Nelito, a fisherman in Tarrafal, Cabo Verde, invests in a fast boat he imported to expand his artisanal fishing and sports fishing business. However, he struggles with intense competition over traditional fishing grounds. Alongside him, other locals face seemingly insurmountable challenges from both industrial fishing and mass tourism.
