Vidas explores the theme of black motherhood across centuries, intertwining past and present traumas. Vitoria, a successful black woman, lives happily with her partner Yuri, but news of her pregnancy triggers deep-seated fears, leading her to self-harm and consider abortion. To heal, she turns to hypnotherapy and regression therapy with Samira, whose mission is to reunite a mother and daughter separated in the past. Vitoria embarks on a journey through her past lives to uncover the roots of her fears and redefine motherhood. Along the way, she gains insight into her current relationships and faces the challenge of living with the knowledge of her past.
